JACKSON NORTH MEDICAL CENTER PARTNERS WITH IMMANUEL TEMPLE TO HOST BACK-TO-SCHOOL FAIR

Jackson North Medical Center will host Immanuel Temple’s “Come Together Day,” a free, family-friendly wellness event celebrating the upcoming start of a new school year.

The Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County will offer back-to-school immunizations for eligible children, and Jackson physicians will perform physicals for children at no cost.

Free school uniforms—white shirts and khaki pants—are also available in limited qualities. Those families that register for uniforms in advance at www.theit.org will receive one uniform per child, with a maximum of three per family.

Free cholesterol, blood pressure, and glucose screenings will be available for adults.
Families can enjoy games, crafts, face painting, balloon art, craft projects, food, music on site and giveaways.

“Immanuel Temple is a privileged to partner with Jackson North,” said Reverend John F. White II. “We are grateful for the opportunity to combine our commitments to give back to the community and care for our children.”
