Tropical Storm Erika Update
Jackson Health System is open for business and operating as usual.
At Jackson Health System, our employees are our most valuable asset. Our program offers benefit eligible employees and members living in their household, including adult children up to age 26, unlimited telephonic access to the EAP call center staff, available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year for purposes of assessing member needs and referring to appropriate EAP Services.
A face-to-face, telephonic or tele-video, clinical session with an EAP Network Provider is also available upon request. Each member is entitled to up to 3 counseling sessions per calendar year. The member must contact Resources for Living – Employee Assistance Program at 786-466-8377 to assist with a variety of issues including but not limited to:
- Stress Management
- Emotional Well-being
- Time Management
- Health and Wellness
- Work/Life Balance
- Childcare Referrals
- Family and Relationships
- Financial and Legal Concerns
It is our policy to respect the privacy of all employees who seek our assistance. Except as legally required, consultations are confidential. Management is not notified, and notations are not made in medical or personnel files.
